Can Filling
Our partnership with the mobile canning pioneer, Iron Heart Canning, with their unrivaled level of quality and packaging expertise in the beverage industry, makes for a combination you can depend on. Iron Heart’s policies of guaranteed seams and absolute sanitation add yet another layer of quality to our service. Basically, it works like this: we formulate and tank-up, they fill cans, we pasteurize and pack-out; the processes merging seamlessly together as one well-oiled machine. With Bluegrass Canning, your brand is backed by the experience and reliability of two companies in one.
Pasteurization
The quality of your beverage is of utmost importance to us, well after it leaves our facility. To ensure the stability and lasting shelf-life of your product, we offer state-of-the-art pasteurization with our Jenrey TOL- 50 tunnel pasteurizer, designed to kill microbes without changing the chemistry or flavor of your beverage.
Pack-Out
The way your beverage is packaged and shipped to the destination of your choice is one of the most important parts of our process. The Bluegrass Canning packaging and shipping teams take great pride in getting your filled and sealed cans securely into case trays, palletized and stretch-wrapped for shipping. Your pallets are reinforced with slip sheets, corners, and strapping, to ensure safe nation-wide or international travel, with minimal loss. Our pack-out and shipping specialists will work together to get you the best shipping rates for the most secure journey for your product.
If standard, 12 or 24 case tray pack-out doesn’t exactly fit the bill, we also offer tailored packaging services to your specifications.
Analytical Services
Our in-house analytical chemistry division is poised with GC and LC capabilities to provide a variety of testing services to fit compliance and investigative needs including beverage ingredient purity and concentration, as well as hemp-derived THC and other cannabinoid level determinations.
